Sales Manager (f/m/d) (Aluminum Sector)
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and strengthening business activities in Canada and internationally. You will manage sales strategies and build strong client relationships to increase GNA alutech’s presence in the aluminum industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Negotiate and close business contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage an existing client portfolio and develop long-term relationships.
- Analyze client needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
- Conduct market studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and represent GNA Alutech within the industry.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and commercial performance.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aluminum or industrial products sector.
- Proven experience in managing international sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and aluminum products.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally.

Assistent Controller (f/m/d)
Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference in a growing company? GNA alutech is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about finance and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into the solvency of clients and suppliers to maintain strong financial relationships.
- Participate in the review of sales estimates to optimize financial forecasts.
- Research grants to support our innovative projects.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity management.
- Oversee the company’s insurance management in collaboration with our internal team.
- Perform other tasks to support the accounting department.
Desired Profile:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- CPA certification

Mechanical Designer (f/m/d)
Main Responsibilities:
- Design: Develop innovative equipment solutions for heavy industries, particularly foundries and aluminum production.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical drawings, generate material lists, and document each project to provide robust technical support for the production team.
- Component Selection: Research and select appropriate components for equipment and systems, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Modifications and Inspections: Modify existing designs based on customer specifications and inspect subcontracted components to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to oversee or provide on-site support for projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: College diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 6 years in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, experience designing equipment for heavy industries (preferably in foundries), and expertise in manufacturing welded mechanical assemblies. Knowledge of mechanics, combustion, hydraulics, pneumatics, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite tools.
- Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.

- Managing Subcontractors and Suppliers: Supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed on time and to specification.

- Technology Watch: Stay informed of industry trends and propose technical solutions that align with market developments.
Desired Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with registration with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience leading technical teams.
