GNA offers an intelligent cooler design capable of variable cooling rates aswell as cooling chambers assisted with water mist in the air stream.

The cooling chambers are typically used for crash cooling of extrusion logs but can also be designed for step-cooling of logs from a batch homogenizing process.

Travelling furnaces, designed to move on rails, are ideal for extrusion ingot homogenizing applications. A single furnace can operate across one or two workstations.

All log diameters, lengths and alloys can be treated in these furnaces.

The cooling fan system is an integral part of this system.

Normally transportable, these mobile fan systems are provided as part of a homogenizing system that uses work stations to accommodate travelling homogenizing furnaces located on rails.
