Extending furnace life, improving efficiency, and reducing downtime—tailored service solutions from GNA alutech.

These images show the step-by-step refurbishment of a Batch Homogenization Furnace by GNA alutech. In the first phase, the furnace floor was completely removed, exposing the load supports for inspection and repair. Next, high-performance insulation was installed to improve thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss. In the final step, new load supports and a stainless-steel skin were added, enhancing durability and restoring the furnace to peak operational condition.

By offering customized repair and upgrade services, GNA helps customers extend equipment lifespan, minimize unplanned downtime, and optimize energy efficiency—ensuring continued reliable performance without the cost of full replacement.

Restoring performance, extending service life, and ensuring safety in molten metal transfer.
